Iconic Yatching Club Argentino «YCA», established in the 1800’s, had a very weak online presence and needed help navigating the digital and social landscape in order to keep up with their younger members. Most information about events, photos of tournaments and results were being neglected. Our solution was to create an ecosystem for the members to be able to interact with YCA in an agile way. Tournaments, events, news, information and inscriptions became available through a website integrated with social media, blog and payment services. Everything was replicated in each media for followers to get notifications.
Club got an increment of 20 thousand unique users per month.
90% of inscriptions to tournaments were made online in contrast to the old offline ways.
